Faisal Ariff founded BorderPass in 2014, inspired by long airport immigration queues. At peak hours you could be queuing for more than an hour, hence BorderPass came to rescue!
BorderPass focused on making travelling easier for non-Malaysians who have to travel to Kuala Lumpur often at peak hours. BorderPass have been focusing our marketing activities on Malaysian multinational companies who often have visiting staff from regional offices.
BorderPass wanted to build a service which they would be happy to use themselves. They store sensitive information on-site at the airport, the same secure location where the Immigration Department stores traveler information generated from the manual immigration lanes.
